Control4 Drivers

Circadian Lighting is a new driver suite by Janus Technology that allows you to easily program a circadian rhythm for any tuneable white dimmers in your project.

Each circadian lighting controller can configure a schedule entirely from composer for a subset of lights you choose from your project - this means you can have multiple entirely different schedules running in one project, with a different subset of lights being controller by each!

Common use cases of this would be to synchronise the colour temperature of your lamps to your location's daylight, or possibly even your sleep schedule to give warmer colours at bedtime and cooler ones during the day.

Monitor temperatures and get notified easily when the temperature of that area or device goes above/below a custom set point

The Collingwood TR2818 Wifi-to-RF transmitter is designed to provide easy control of up to 8 zones of RGB, RGBW or CT (colour temperature) lighting.

Using this with the C100924 RGB & RGBW controller removes the need for complicated DMX systems, with multi-zone colour change easily achievable.

This driver suite brings compatibility for these systems into Control4, with built-in support for the zone-learning setup process, scene save & recall functionality, and custom commands allowing for 10 unique run modes.

Colour Wheel for Control4 is a unique driver from Janus technology providing a sleek, colourful, and intuitive web interface for Control4 RGB, RGBW and Tuneable White (WW) Lighting drivers.

The screen is dominated by the spectacular colour wheel, which allows for the easy control of multiple lighting channels, adapting to type of light controller - RGB, RGBW, WW. There is support for 8 scenes per room, with on-screen visual scene colour indication, and simple selection. The interface complements the existing Control4 lighting screen, and is selectable from any T3 touch screen.

Enables you to manage the state of Control4 Contact Sensors via programming.  This allows you to set and use Contact Sensors from many different sources which cannot be directly connected.

This driver is a simple convertor that allows you to use a Contact Sensor Input (like from a Controller, Z2IO, Z2C, etc….) within Composer and get a Keypad Connection output.

  • 20 Keypad Inputs: This is where you will bind the driver to a device like you would a keypad button

FAQ

• Can you give us some examples of how we could use this driver?
  • We have had some requests were an old, centralised lighting system is being changed and need to use existing switchgear. This allows for pulse, press, release inputs to a contact so that the existing switchgear acts as if it were a keypad button
• Can you have more than one Driver per project?
  • Sure can.
• Can you bind multiple connections to a contact connection?
  • Nope.
• Can you bind multiple connections to a keypad connection?
  • Nope.
• What if I have 2 buttons that need to control one light
  • You can bind the one contact to a connection and then connect to other to another contact connection. The corresponding keypad connections can both be bound to the toggle connection of the light.
