WebRelay is an electrical relay (or electrical switch) with a built-in web server. The relay can be turned on, off, or pulsed from this driver. The WebRelay has a long history of reliable operation in many applications including remote reboot, industrial control, security, and remote control and monitoring.
This works great with the Control4 MDU solution to open and sense a main gate or door of a complex.

The SainSmart iMatic V2 provides 8 x 250V/AC 10A Relays channels that is controlled over ethernet TCP/IP. This unit is extremely affordable, is powered via a local 12vdc supply and is also din mountable. Other solutions cost anywhere from 3 times to 10 times more. All data is stored directly on the main controller, and backed up in persistent memory, so it is preserved across power cycles and even system restores. Up to 30 days' data (or 10K samples) are stored for each of the monitored elements, with simple navigation between daily and weekly views. This is a cost-reduced version of our BMS Monitor supporting a single thermostat.
The solution supports any thermostat proxy, v1 or v2 - no special thermostat drivers are required.
