Overview

The Control4 Home Automation system offers comprehensive control over nearly all aspects of a customer’s smart home. With the Control4 platform or a smartphone, smart blinds and shades can be easily adjusted with a swipe of a finger. Previously, Control4 only allowed blinds and shades to be fully opened or closed. Now, with a new feature, blinds can be precisely adjusted to meet individual preferences. Customers can use a slider in the Control4 interface to set the exact percentage of openness or closure for their blinds and shades.

Cinegration Development’s Hunter Douglas RQ driver enables customers with Hunter Douglas shades and blinds to take full advantage of this enhanced feature. This upgrade provides the flexibility to let in just the right amount of light on a sunny afternoon or to open the blinds just enough for the dog to see outside. Best of all, no additional hardware is needed to enjoy the complete customization that Control4 now offers for your blinds and shades!
