Overview

IP-based control of Google TV and Android TV devices from your Control4 system. Works with Chromecast, Google TV streamers, Nvidia Shield, TCL, Hisense, Philips, and other devices running Google TV or Android TV OS. No additional apps or developer mode required. Local two-way control with full navigation and mini app support.

Requirements

• Google TV or Android TV device on the same local network as the Control4 controller
• One-time pairing with the device using Google's built-in remote server (pairing code displayed on screen)
• Static IP address or DHCP reservation recommended for reliable connectivity
• Network Standby enabled where available (Settings → Network & Internet)
