GENERIC AV FREE DRIVER BY DOMOSAPIENS
This driver provides generic connections for an AV source.
It can be used to simulate a server or another type of AV source and be connected as appropriate.
It will then show in Navigators as a device which may be watched or listened to.
No specific processing takes place in the driver.
Note: this driver uses the new .c4z format and thus requires OS 2.6.0 or higher.
