Bring your Schluter®-DITRA-HEAT-E-WiFi floor warming thermostat into Control4 as a true, native thermostat. This driver connects through the same Schluter cloud account used by the Schluter app — no extra hardware, hubs, or local wiring — and keeps Control4 in sync with the floor's live temperature, target setpoint, heating activity, and operating mode. The thermostat appears on Control4 touchscreens, remotes, keypads, and the Control4 app exactly like any other thermostat in the system: see the current floor temperature at a glance, adjust the setpoint, and automate it from Composer programming alongside the rest of the home. - Native Control4 thermostat (thermostatV2 proxy) — live floor temperature, setpoint, and heating/idle state on every Control4 interface
- Full mode control — Manual, Automatic (follows the schedule set in the Schluter app), Off, and Frost Safe — from the thermostat's Mode button, the Extras page, Composer properties, one-click quick actions, and a "Set Schluter Mode" programming command
- Two-way sync: setpoint and mode changes made in the Schluter app are reflected back into Control4 automatically (configurable polling, 5–300 seconds)
- Multi-thermostat accounts supported — pick the right unit from a dropdown listing each thermostat as "device - room"; the Control4 device auto-names itself to the thermostat's room on first connect
- GFCI fault status surfaced in the connection status, so a tripped floor-heating circuit doesn't go unnoticed
- Fahrenheit or Celsius display per Control4 preference, independent of the thermostat's own display setting
- Clear, plain-language connection status — including when the Schluter account has hit its concurrent-session limit
- Schluter DITRA-HEAT-E-WiFi thermostat (DHERT10x family) already set up in a Schluter account via the Schluter app
- Control4 OS 3.x and a controller with internet access
- One driver instance per physical thermostat
- Non-WiFi DITRA-HEAT-E models (RT/RS/RSD without WiFi) are not supported — they have no cloud account
- Schluter accounts allow a limited number of simultaneous logins (three observed); this driver uses one. If the account is already at its limit, sign out of an unused device and the driver connects on its next attempt.
