4Drivers Daikin DTA116A51 VRV VRF UI integrates Daikin VRV/VRF systems with Control4 through the Daikin DTA116A51 RS-485 adapter. One adapter handles up to 64 indoor units across four DIII-Net groups.
Each indoor unit gets its own 4Drivers Daikin Thermostat, a native Control4 thermostat card with Off, Cool, Heat, Fan and Auto modes, Dry on the Extras tab, Low/Medium/High fan, louver positions P0–P4 and Swing, and native presets. Every thermostat binds automatically to one single connection on the gateway. The installer only enters the unit number, with no output to wire per unit. Changes made on the Daikin wall controller show up on the card, and the thermostat works in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
The gateway includes a Web UI opened from its button in Navigator. It shows every unit with mode, fan, louver, setpoint and room temperature. It also shows the Daikin error code (U4, A3…), Forced Off, Cool/Heat master, filter sign and sensor errors. A unit scan lists the units found, and you can rename units, show or hide them, and turn all units off. Units can be controlled from the Web UI even without a thermostat driver.
For sites where the original Daikin controllers are also used, selectable on/off methods (including two that check the result and resend automatically) keep Control4 commands reliable. Multi outdoor-unit sites are covered by Cool/Heat master group handling.
