BenQ Projectors
A Control4 driver for BenQ projectors, controlled over RS-232 serial or over the network. Developed and tested with the TK710STi, it works with the BenQ projector line in general: home cinema, business and education models. It is easy to set up, reports real status feedback, and handles projector warm-up on its own, so no programming delays are needed.
- Serial or IP control, selected with a single property
- Power on/off with real power state feedback
- Input selection: HDMI 1/2/3, Computer, Component, Video, S-Video, DisplayPort, HDBaseT, USB and Network
- Select a source with the projector off: it powers on and switches the input as soon as warm-up is done
- Projector speaker volume and mute, with feedback to the Control4 interface
- Projector menu navigation from the Control4 remote arrows
- Picture mode, lamp/light mode, aspect ratio, blank and freeze from programming
- Lamp/light source hours, model name and other status in properties
- Real communication status: reports Disconnected whenever the projector stops responding
- Automatic reconnection in IP mode
- Documentation in English and Portuguese
