The DriverCentral Team has been working hard to deliver several site updates that will greatly improve the user experience and accessibility. You may have noticed an increase in speed to the site over the last week... that's because there is! Our team has significantly improved the loading time and overall speed of the site, meaning less time spent waiting for a page to load and more time to browse the site's growing offering of drivers!

NEW AND IMPROVED PROJECT PORTAL!
With the previous version of the Portal, dealers were required to manually update each driver on each project. As you can imagine, this took a significant amount of time, especially for dealers with a large number of drivers in several projects. DriverCentral received several requests from dealers for the ability to update all projects to the latest version for a driver at once. This is exactly what we did! Now dealers can choose 'Update All' and instantly update any driver to the latest version for all projects that has that driver installed. This drastically increases dealer efficiency and ensures that all projects are running the latest version of any given driver.
Additionally, DriverCentral merged what used to be two separate portals - one for Control for and the other for all other platforms - into one cohesive platform. Now dealers with URC, ELAN, RTI, and QSYS drivers can experience the same interface and information that Control4 dealers can!
Within the new Portal is our Dealer Dashboard, which allows dealers to see ALL driver updates, controllers offline, and global account settings all in one place! Check out the before and after to the Portal below.

OUR EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS GOT A FACELIFT! DriverCentral sends a trial expiration email to dealers using a trial version of a driver to notify that a trial is about to expire or has already expired. Several dealers asked that the email also provide a link to the product so it can easily be purchased. Now the trial expiration email not only tells dealers that a license needs to be updated, but it also allows dealers to easily update a driver with an expired or soon-to-expire trial.
