Ophira VoiceAI Bridge

Voice Service and VoiceAI Bridge Instructions

System Requirements

Voice Service (.exe) Install Instructions

  1. Download Voice.AI Bridge and Voice.AI Button from DriverCentral and add them to Composer.
  2. From DriverCentral, click the Ophira_Voice_Service.exe link. Installer hosting site direct link: www.origami-intelligence.com/download
  3. Click Download — the download starts automatically. The installer is self-signed; the download may need to be allowed (“Keep”).
  4. Run the installer. After install completes, a web browser opens the Ophira WebUI (host_IP:8080 or localhost:8080). Startup time reflects system hardware.
  5. Sign in / create an account.

Composer Pro Setup

Add the Communication Agent

Add the Communication Agent inside Composer Pro if it is not already present in the project.

Identity Agent — Create New User

  1. Inside Control4 Composer Pro, select Agents.
  2. Select Add, double-click Identity.
  3. Select Add User.
  4. Enter a username.
  5. Enter a password.
  6. Confirm the password.
  7. Select Create.

VoiceAI Bridge Driver

  1. Download and install Ophira_VoiceAI_Bridge.c4z and load it in Composer.
  2. In System Design, select the driver and go to Properties.
  3. Enter the Ophira (Host PC) IP address.
  4. Enter the Control4 Director IP address.
  5. Enter the Identity Agent Username and Password created above.
  6. Optional: set Persona to change the name of Ophira.
  7. Under Actions, select Idle State.
Verify voice connection status

Go to the Ophira WebUI at localhost:8080 or Host_IP_Address:8080 and confirm the connection status shows online and connected.

Standard DriverCentral automatic update toggle.

Persona

The assistant’s name. Change it to rename Ophira for this project.

Debug Mode [ Off | Print | Log | Print and Log ]

Enable diagnostic output in the Lua Output tab and/or the Director log.

Ophira (Host PC) IP

IP address of the Windows machine running the Ophira Voice Service. Must be reachable from the Controller.

Ophira (Host PC) HTTP Port [ default: 8080 ]

HTTP port for the Ophira service API and WebUI.

Control4 Director IP

IP address of the Control4 Controller (Director). Pushed to the Ophira service so a fresh install connects without touching the WebUI.

Identity Agent Username / Password

Credentials of the Identity Agent user created for Ophira. Pushed to the Ophira service for Director authentication.

Pairing Status (read-only)

Shows whether the driver has successfully pushed its configuration to the Ophira service.

Troubleshooting

StatusCheck
Online and connectedPerform a test call.
Offline / not connectedCheck the LAN connection — the host PC must be on the same LAN or VLAN trunk as the Controller. Check the Control4 Identity Agent username and password. Check the driver properties for Director IP and Ophira Host IP. Restart the Ophira Voice Service — select Restart on the WebUI.
